I need advice, I hate being the slowest runner on my team and every time I run I can't keep up with the group and I have been feeling really out of shape like running is becoming harder instead of easier and I feel like quitting, its very frustrating for me to have to deal with this at practice everyday, please help?

Ask your team mates for tips on your form, how to pace yourself, etc. If their half decent people, they will help you out. Ask your coach as well.
